Bali Hai is a great family place. Mostly older couples or families. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, convenient location. Rooms were very clean and nicely laid out. There is no food or bar service but the stores are only a mile away. I'd stay here again.
Absolutely beautiful property! Morning runs were always amazing with the stunning views! Pool is incredible! Close to hiking and beaches! Only downside (for my husband) no AC- I was completely comfortable however if you love to freeze at night, you won't here! Great little shops/ food store right up the road, highly recommend the pizza at the gas station! (sounds weird but the people and food are amazing!) Wouldly recommend! Will stay again!
So could be/should be 4 stars. Defining limitation to achieving 4? NO AIR CONDITIONING! I am sure the resort will rebut with the info being "listed" in their materials. Honestly the North Shore is typically cool enough windows fans and a breeze are sufficient. However to show up to albeit a nice clean but HOT room after traveling 16 hours is not my idea of a welcome. Room was closed up and over 85. Made for a rough first nights sleep. First two days were warm in the room rest of week was comfortable. Mentally if you prepare for No AC AND they prepare room by having it comfortable for arrival this resort is solid 4-4.5
Great size rooms/condos and very beautiful grounds. Great pool and recreation area at the clubhouse. There is no air conditioning so be prepared for that if it's hot. Location is good for North shore but it's about 45 min to an hour to get to South shore. No room service or daily miad service either. I would stay here again just not during the hottest part of the year.
Beautiful resort with all the amenities. Grounds well kept. Rooms spacious and upgraded with jet tubs. No AC, which is cool because it keeps energy costs down and maintenance fees low. Personnel is very nice and welcoming.
