Rooms are nice and clean and the grounds are lush and beautiful. The hotel is quintessential Hawaii in style with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. The sunsets over Hanalei Bay are unbelievable from the hotel pool. If you are coming to Kauai, definitely come to Hanalei Bay resort.
We have been here for almost two weeks, and we do not have one complaint at all! Great place to stay. Clean rooms with very nice Ratan furniture. Staff is excellent! Room service/cleanings are perfect! RYAN at the pool bar is spectacular. If you could just sit and watch him on a busy pool bar day, you will be entertained! My hubby and I cant believe how he can keep things straight and make such awesome drinks! Ownership needs to def keep him on staff! Great local restaurants to enjoy. The jot down to the beach just is NOT that long. Beautiful walk!! ... or they will cart you if you prefer. Beautiful beach. Many beaches around!! Secret Beach and HideAway Beach is a must (for those who are adventurous).
Outstanding view of Hanalei Bay from our room. Friendly staff, plenty of amenities, awesome pool, and comfortable accommodations. We really enjoyed our time there.
Beautiful resort with beautiful views. We had a 2 bedroom suite that had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The pools are stunning,and there plenty of spots to watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean. I would definitely come back here given the opportunity.
Nice place. Beautiful scenery. The people there are wonderful and they are there to make sure that you have a good time. The rooms are really nice. I just had one problem and that was the bed I had it sucked. I could hardly sleep on it. I need a soft bed and they just didn't have one so my nights were torture. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
