Suites are great. We had a two bedroom lock off. It worked out great with my parents and our son. We stayed in the one bedroom and my son on the pull out couch. The property is beautiful. The spas were hit and miss with the jets and the temp but that was minor.
Nice property, comfortable furnishings. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the light switches were sticky and dirty. Food at the restaurant is fine. The pools and grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful
Clean & comfortable hotel on the North shore. We stayed ground level, overlooking the "quiet pool". It was a great location as long as you don't mind geese and chickens coming to visit you every morning when you drink your coffee out there. Breakfast was nothing special and you spend the meal having your eggs stalked by birds waiting for you to leave the table so they can swoop in and take them.The evening restaurant though, has one of the best tenderloin steaks I've had in a hell of a long time.
Beautiful place with extremely helpful, friendly staff. I was only able to stay for one night, but would happily have stayed for longer. The suites are spotlessly clean and have everything you could possibly need, including personal washing and drying facilities. I was also able to check out at ten, but continue to use the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Then I was offered a free complementary room to shower and freshen up in before I needed to leave. Had problems with my next accommodation and the front desk staff allowed me to use the phone to call my next hotel to get things sorted. Everyone was just so helpful and the atmosphere here is incredibly welcoming. I will definitely return if I'm ever on Kauai island again.
2 bedroom lock off slept 8. Kitchen and common space were great for meals and hanging out. The kids loved the kid pool with the mini waterside and shallow play area.
