Above average services for 5 star cost. Worth it, if you are looking to spend some money
I had an average experience at the spa at the gorgeous St Regis resort; in my opinion the spa and service is not worth the high price tag. I have no problem paying higher spa prices when the spa amenities warrant it, but the amenities werent worth it compared to others such as Andaz Maui and Four Seasons... my service was even cut short, and my wrap was disappointing, was just a massage with extra oil. Youre better off relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views at the St Regis beach. On the positive, super friendly staff!
Terri and Sarah were an absolute joy to have for our stylists. Both were very sweet. They did such a great job on my hair and make up. will definitely be back in the future to visit.
Worst massage ever!!!!! Scheduled a deep tissue sports massage, but the therapist did not respond to continued request to increase pressure and focus on shoulders. Waste of time.
